Preparation

Instructions for Use:

Your baby's health depends on carefully following these directions. Proper hygiene, handling and storage are important when preparing infant formula. Failure to follow these directions could result in severe harm.

Ready to Feed

Do not add water. Shake very well.

2 fl oz Bottle

Do not use if breakaway ring is missing or broken.
Twist off cap.
Open; Use clean hands to twist on nipple and ring. Use sterile nipple and ring if directed.
Discard one hour after oral feeding begins.
Store unopened at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures and exposure to light.

8 fl oz Bottle

Do not use if breakaway ring is missing or broken.
Twist off cap. Use clean hands to twist on nipple and ring. Use sterile nipple and ring if directed.
For use in a different feeding container (cup or bottle): ask your baby's doctor if you need to boil (sterilize) the empty bottles before adding formula. Pour desired amount into clean feeding container. Recap bottle, refrigerate, and use within 48 hours.

32 fl oz Bottle

Do not use if band around cap or inner foil seal is damaged.
Shake very well before each use.
Remove protective band; twist off and clean cap.
Invert cap; press down to pierce foil, then turn cap a half turn.
Remove foil.
Pour formula into bottle; attach clean nipple. Ask your baby's doctor if you need to boil (sterilize) bottles, nipples and rings before use.
Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
Unopened container: store at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.
Opened container: recap, refrigerate, and feed within 72 hours. Do not reuse container.
Prepared unfed bottles: cap, refrigerate, and feed within 48 hours.
